The PDK's sympathise with emotions did not succeed in finishing her entire speech, following a stir she had.
As he was talking about the processes in which The PDK has introduced Kosovo, it stops, while after a few seconds it says it is for its mistake.

“They declared our country an independent state, for, in addition, they introduced Kosovo into processes... (conversed and interrupted) ... rain. Excuse me, I am sorry”, she said as she stopped her speech.
