Behxhet Shala and Albert Krasniqi have praised for the newspaper “The new era” that political agreements between parties in the runoff could reverse the outcome of the first round that has been reached on October 22nd.
According to them, this will come in terms where the outcome is narrow. No one will rule anyone out of the coalition in that municipality that has interest.
