The AKR candidate for the head of the Pristina municipality, Selim Pacolli, in a proposal for the newspaper Blic, has spoken about the possibility of coalition with one of the parties that have gone to the runoff, preferences, compliance with programmes and the plan for displacement of the UPP campus.

Pacolli said he has currently not had a meeting that has taken place with either party, LDK or Vetevendosje, adding that he personally has no preference on the issue.

And actually, I like Selim didn't talk, see such indicators people close to the two political subjects that look at the circle, that's the outer circle of the coming people, you get opinions since, in, but something directly we don't have such contacts, but personally I don't have any preference, definitely”, Pacolli said.

According to him, if it comes to creating a coalition, it will not be done without watching and harmonising the programmes.

” If it eventually comes to the possibility of a common coalition there is simply a program issue that needs to be seen harmonisation of programmes, it's work and work, all of this depends on who accepts our programme that can be integrated or implemented as a joint programme, because there are issues that belong more to political parties than individuals, and I in this case do not represent my political subject, I've been only party candidate, but party structures are the ones that decide, I don't know it't talk at this level.<1x>

Asked about the government programmes of the two parties that have gone to the runoff, Pacolli said they are mainly similar to other subjects, because they talk mainly of problems that plague Pristina citizens. The only thing that stands out in this regard are major projects.

The” are basically the same programs of all political subjects, we've talked about issues that mostly plague the citizens of Pristina, mostly we've talked about parking, we've talked about tolovians, we've talked about urbanism, infrastructure, they're all similar things, the only thing that stands out are major projects that I believe Pristina should be released even by itself today.”, Pacolli stated.

According to him, projects against his candidates do not even foresee some of the problems he has considered to be a solution, not just for the next four years but for another 50 years.

” We see the construction of new Pristina meaning from the Justice Palace to Badovci from now on. We see Pristina this way, that my colleagues' programmes don't foresee these seasones.
I have a project that I see Pristina, maybe in the next 50 years, I don't see Pristina in the next four years, these are our visions that they don't, now that they're willing to face this reality of mine I don't know.”, Pacolli said among other things.

He mentioned one of his electoral promises that was most common in the media, the shift of the UPP campus to another location, saying that even though this might be called madness, UP- does not provide conditions for students, and this is one of the reasons for the sad state of education he compared to African countries.

I was told someone about the faculty's shift, actually someone today could call me crazy, but the University of Pristina today does not offer student conditions for 60 thousand students. The reason these things are international institutions, education-level investments in the country left us where they left us, without wanting to insult, but I can say that neither in Africa do I have countries that have that level, that don't talk Somalia do Sudana out of here, that the others are in front of us. This is actually the big initiative we claim. ”, he said.

Finally, the AKR's candidate for mayor of Pristina also cited the 400 million budget they claimed in the first term.

We also claim the 400 million budget that they don't have, that within 4 years we pretend that the budget by 400m euros, only until the end of the 4-year term, further there are other projects that precede it.”, he concluded.

In local elections Selim Pacolli and his AKR party received 10.24% of the vote in Pristina.
