The investigator of this strange voice, Cara Cusumano, has made a short and amazing documentary entitled “The Blood”, where he investigated the unusual and unknown phenomenon together with Dr. Christopher Fox, who's the scientific head of the Archaeological Monitoring Project on NOAA. He said he had taken it to classified intelligence of the United States Navy Intelligence.
Dr. Fox said he's happy that there's still some stuff on Earth and in the Universe that has something hidden. Dr. Fox explained that although he lived inland, he spent a lot of time visiting the coast of Jersey. He said he liked to hear the waves when they hit the shore at night.
He said that during the time of the incident most of the surveillance work under water was classified by the army, but they had managed to connect the Navy system in 1991.
They had a system that could collect signals from the marine underwater hearing system and said that in rare cases there were sounds they were unable to identify.
The doctor said a voice was out and they labelled it as “Bloop” because of the sound he made. /Periscopi/
