According to the proposal, citizens of Western Balkan countries and other countries, for which travel visas to Schengen space are not necessary, must pay for verification of 10 euros, but this spending will cover the period for travel within three years, respectively, until they have validity in the passport.

The payment of this fee will exclude persons younger than 18 and older than 60, members of a family in EU states, including students or scientific staff.

LIBE spokeswoman Estefania Narillo told Serbian news agency Beta that the entire EP process should be completed by the end of the year, while for the E system TIAS The final decision will be made by the EU Council of Ministers.
