The televised debate between MP from the ranks of Vetevendosje Movement Fransqi and the Kosovo Initiative, Milaim Zeka, who exceeded the use of violence, became the issue most commented on over two days.
But it is precisely the Constitutional Court in Pristina that has decided today regarding MP Krasniqi, who has even punched Zeka.
The Constitutional Court today has made public the ruling, in which MP Krasniqi is said to be prohibited from approaching Zeka in the Kosovo Assembly 5m and abroad to 100m.
Linked to this decision by the Court, Indexline has also contacted MP Milaim Zeka, who has ruled that any ruling taken by the Court in Kosovo is sacred to him.
“As the Kosovo Parliament deputy does not follow the logic of the Vetvendosje Movement's destructive rites by commenting on Kosovo Court decisions. The Kosovo Court's decision to me is holy, very fair, very logical, any court decisions I make are fair to me”, Zeka has said.
He has also added how the political class has observed prosecutors, judges and changing the justice system but that decisions should be respected.
As a political class, we've noticed the prosecutors, the judges, so we have to change the justice system. I invite Kosovo's prosecution to carefully analyse the Vetevendosje Movement's statement that comes to support the use of the violence of Frashir Krasniqi towards me and to see whether there are elements of the conduct of criminal acts, inciting crime, violence. I think there are elements when the Vetevendosje Movement by communiqué supports Frasher Krasniqi where it decidically says that we can't argue with Milaim Zeka, so Frasher had to resort to violence, then these debates can be replaced by work. I didn't get punched by Frasher Krasniqi, but, Albin Kurti with Rexhep Selimi, Albulen Haxhiun, Glauk Konjufcen and all the headship, so I was punched by the head of the Vetevendosje”, Zeka.
MP Zeka has finally reiterated how concerning the court's decision on him, it is a decision I will not comment as Kosovo's Parliament MP.
