Through a media report, the Constitutional Court reports that the measure will last from October 16th to November 16th 2017.
“The Founding Court in Pristina - The Randa Crime Department, at the request of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, for the appointment of detention against indictees M. Z, due to allegations that he committed criminal acts of participation or organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 283 par.1 over criminal acts of fraud from Article 335 par.5 related to KPRC par.1 and avoiding duty from Article 313 par. 3 related to the par.1 of KPRK, today has held hearing with what case against defendants M. Z is scheduled for a month-long House Arrest measure, which will last from 16,10,2017 to 16,11,2017. Defendants M. Sir, the travel document is seized. The side is eligible for complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeal”, said in their announcement.
