In an exit to the media, LSI deputy Nasip Naco said this political force is in favour of the prosecution's request to lift MP Saimir Tahiri's immunity.
Nacho said that on the part of President Gramoz Ruci is required for the meeting to continue with closed doors, but this is in flagrant violation of the constitution.
The decision taken by Mr. Ruci is not fair. My vote is but granting authorisation for Saimir Tahiri's immunity.
It's a firm moral standard, we don't want to protect ourselves after immunity.
I don't want to be a prosecutor, I don't want to be a judge, I support the prosecution to do checks at the apartment and take action.
It is not a good day for Tahiri, but it is good for Albanians whom the prosecution is investigating.
I call on the SP group not to protect Tahiri but to pave the way for his” investigation, Naco said.
