The Tender Court, or Procuring Organization, has made known about albeau. com that after the company's complaint “LENTI” & MUNISIAON S.p.a” - Prizren has decided to cancel a tender for ammunition supply of the Ministry of Security Force (FSK).
Meanwhile, albeu.com has also asked the KSF Ministry for this suspicious tender, and in response the KSF has confirmed that the Accounting Authority, respectively, has now implemented the OSHP's decision, making the annulment of the contract announcement, that activity in question is re-evaluated.
But, the KSF has stressed that this tender has not been cancelled in the field and that as such it will be re-evaluated that it means that the process will continue even though there will be delays.
In this form, even the fact that KSF can be left without ammunition can be avoided.
As to actions taken after O's decision The ministry said: “after the announcement of contract delivery, The MSF's AK with the 1109.2017 date has been written by the CCPP, its constitutional interpretation of competencies to clarify, has it been in full compliance with the LPP and with the procurement rules issued by the KCPP, as well as the interpretations given by the CRPP itself regarding actions taken by the AK for activity in question.
It was also required by the CRPP to be involved in this matter with the aim of returning legitimacy to this tender procedure, so as long as we don't have crePP answers to our application for interpretation, we can't continue to re-evaluate this procurement activity. ”
The complaint had come from Capamania “LENTI” & MUNISIAON S.p.a” - Prizren against KSF because the tender with the appointment of “Power of Ammo for KSF's needs” was given to the Obilic company “Signariate Poligion KATANA shpk-Obilic” even though the latter had offered the 2.3m-euro price, while the company “LENTI” & MUNISIAON S.p.a” was cheaper for 422 thousand euros.
The character range “Katana” was owned by Obilic's leader from AAK ranks Xhafer Gashi, but after his transition to politics, part of it was transferred to his wife's ownership. Also heading of this ministry in the Haradinaj government was split AAK, Rrustem Berisha, respectively.
It is now left to relevant investigative bodies to investigate possible collapses in this tender that are endangering KSF ammunition supplies. /Okéu. com/
