Kosovo urged to co-operate with EU

Director General for Neighborship and Enlargement of the European Commission Christian Danielsson has met with the chief landlord, Kadri Wessel.
After the meeting, he said Kosovo has made progress in many areas, but also has much work to do.
He has also talked about the IPA funds which the EU brings to Kosovo and which, according to him, are focused on the education system.
According to him, these funds are important because they will help develop Kosovo. He has demanded that Kosovo be co-operative with the EU.
While Prime Minister Wessel has thanked him for the continued support given to Kosovo, reassuring them that Kosovo will continue to work on the road towards EU membership.
Wessel has said that as the Kosovo Assembly, we are determined to move forward in the reform process. He has said that IPA funds with over 70m euros will be locked in initiative, justice system, education and in all other areas.
He will meet with the country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, reports EO.
Danielsson will also hold a meeting with European Integrations Minister Nite Hoxha, Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli, Finance Ministry Bedri Hamza, as well as representatives of the Serbian Vetevendosje Movement and List.
