Former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, through a status on his Facebook profile, has criticised Vetevendosje's rule in the Pristina municipality.
He has said that for a Vetevendosje mandate he has done nothing but propaganda by exploiting the sale of the Audi Q7 car, and 70 files against him that the VV has sent to the Prosecutor.
“The use of an Audi Q 7 car from Vetevendosje to make propaganda four years in a row, and keeping that car in the front of the Kosovar media, “fired, séu sold; the first, second, third auction... was sold cheaper than was bought...”, is the new phenomenon in postbolsevic propaganda”, Mustafa wrote.
This is Mustafa's full status:
One warrant, with an Audi Q7 and 70 files
Propaganda is defined as objective information, which is used first and foremost to influence an audience, to push ahead with a certain agenda, often through the selective presentation of facts, and through language that arouses emotion and not rational behavior for presented information. Propaganda, then, associates with manipulative approach.
This has been well confirmed by the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia and the Nazis in Germany.
Exploiting an Audi Q 7 car from Vetevendosje to make propaganda four years in a row, and keeping that car in the front of the Kosovo media, “fired, séu sold; the first, second, third auction... was sold cheaper than was bought...”, is the new phenomenon in postbolsevic propaganda.
Four years trumpeted 70 files sent to the state prosecutor against the rule of Isa Mustaf. It turned out, according to the prosecution, that my responsibility has not been proven in those files. But propaganda did it itself.
The Audi Q 7 car is one of hundreds of such category vehicles (Toyota, Bfl, Mercedes...) used by senior and low officials in all Kosovo institutions, in agencies and independent organisations. Car is a tool of work, not luxury. Buying that car resulted from the need to be out of use of the other Taurug machine. THREE, nearly the same category, but it spent about 25 gallons [35 L] of gasoline in 100 km.
I don't believe the new head of Pristina, Arba Abashi, will deal with filemaking and propaganda. With Shpend Ahmeti's yachting trips, its private aircraft flights, businesses operating even in Pristina, to watch matches abroad; with the provision of the municipality's use of non-competitive property (for what another mayor of a municipality has been running around for eight years in court). Whether, as it is said, the employment of about 500 militants with contracting on work, corruption or not; how the payment of municipal debts for goods and services is made by goods and services through the spenders; whether it is right to bring party militants from all over Kosovo to be employed in Pristina schools, bypassing the citizens of this municipality, and much more.
I think these are issues of responsible institutions, investigative, prosecution, trial, but also of media and civil society.
Arba Abrash is set to implement development projects by respecting the law. He will, of course, interrupt all illegal procedures in the municipality, which are covered with propaganda.
With Arban Abrasin, citizens will be released from propaganda, but will win Pristina's development and the resolution of many of their demands and problems.
