This is Ilir Deda after the result: We won the war in Gjakova

One of the founders of the Alternative party, Ilir Deda, has commented on the outcome of yesterday's local elections, showing that this party, despite the war it has experienced, has triumphed in the main battle in Gjakova. And it seems to me that we [...] [...]
For us, it was the main battle that was in Gjakova, and it seems to me that, in fact, we have an extremely good result in Gjakova, otherwise considering the special fight against us which was especially done for Gjakova.”, said Deda for Blic.
He has added that they are safe in the Gjakova Alternative victory in the run-off.
” Under such conditions where we also have no media feasibility that has never happened in the elections in Kosovo to this day, we believe that we will win Gjakova in the runoff.”, Deda added.
Commenting on the entire election campaign process, the founder of the Alternative said it has been a tough and incorrect race.
And I think the Gjakova has a lot of hard and incorrectness, and I think I'm going to appreciate the right work of her president Mimoza Kusari, and she's nominated that by vote. ” he confirmed.
Among other things, Deda said he is satisfied with representing the Alternative even at the Municipal Assembly in Gjakova, and all those who have questioned Mimoza's success must be questioned.
The alternative is very well represented in the Municipal Assembly in Gjakova, and I think it's a huge success and now what needs to be done is ask those people who thought Mimoza wouldn't enter the runoff for having that opinion.”, Ilir Deda concluded.
On the other hand, from yesterday's local elections, the alternative party, which has been competing in the Gjakova municipality, even for a mandate with candidate Mimoza Kusari-Lila, has received 31.8% of the vote, thus listing the second party in this post-AAK municipality and candidate Ardian Djindini, who heads 40.77% in the runoff.
Yesterday after the results Mimoza Kusari-Lila told Blic that “I've been the first in Gjakova, only the others were convinced, and I have been the first.”
Run-off elections are held on November 19th.
