Subheader PDK, Rexhep Hoti, has sent an open letter to Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, regarding his stances and commitments against Kosovo membership in Interpol and U NESTO.

Hoti has suggested that the political scene in Kosovo has changed with the powerful opposition of the Vetevendosje and LDK Movement, and that he will no longer be able to approach dialogue with hypocrisy in Brussels, as he has done so far, Klan Kosova reports.

 Mr. President of Serbia,

When you spoke of Kosovo's non-application in U NESTO, among other things you said:

I've always taken care of this, and I've spoken correctly about the truth of who has the majority for U n NCO”, as well as: “I think this will not pass after two more years”, adding that Serbia will be vigilant and continue the fight for Kosovo not to be joined in the U. NESTO...

Your taking and pride in enjoying the evil that you are continuing to do to the State and the People of the Republic of Kosovo, despite its understanding, can be absorbed by the perspectives of this approach, cannot be overlooked only as a powerful and grim message that you are spreading throughout, even in the international arena, as a virus of the remains of former and present Serb state hegemonism.

You, Mr. President, are rejoicing in the evil you're causing to the Republic of Kosovo, and which bad “” is good for the state and your people.

Let me challenge you in the very beginning: There can be no indication of even the interest of the Serbian tax with such logic.

It is not possible to believe in the interstate logic of things and processes aimed at Kosovo and Serbia normalising relations, but in order for the evil that you do to Kosovo to be good for Serbia!

In June 2005, I wrote that Kosovo's sovereignty frees Serbia.

This is the simple truth, Mr. President, if Kosovo in this case is understood for what it really is, a country filled with its own people, not as a country, as the Serbian hegemonism wanted always and constantly honour centuries, empty by Albanians, or today torn apart.

This conceptual reality, not to say doctrine, not just vital, is such and I think it's worthy of a public confrontation. The weight of public philosophy stemming from such debates would be of interest in the centuries-old poisoned Serbian option with identity, with spiritual, cultural, ethnic and national heritage.

Mr. President,

Why are you preventing us from living free and equal among the families of various international states and organizations from security to those for culture, education, and inheritance?

Why do you want an isolated Republic of Kosovo, poor, without perspective, after all?

Second, your success in imposing the international factor on Kosovo for possible crimes by individuals of the Kosovo Liberation Army, through European organisations where the burden of voting of Slavic states and Russia is determining, has paid off its effects before the court starts. Leaders of the Kosovo Republic establiator have shown open fear and this cannot even be “dubeti” in the prospect of political processes in general.

On the other hand, it is understandable that the fact that the Republic of Kosovo could not prove the ability to cope with the allegations raised for a table of justice, for which the alleged “ ” were working Serbia's entire institutions, as well as its entire visible and invisible mechanism in Kosovo.

This process will take time, Mr. President, but all possible data speak that its conclusion will empower citizenship and the story that the Republic of Kosovo was and is a successful project of the people of Kosovo and its Western allies, at the top of the United States, and that this state is functional in its own completeness and is not built on false identity or contrary to the International Law, as has already been proven.

Third, seeking to bring about no end to Kosovo's independence for Serbia and for the non-Serb community in Kosovo through Kosovo's <x0-edge strategy for Kosovo and Albanians and other communities there, while good only for Serbia and Serbs”, you have promoted the inspiration of the new generation of the Republic of Kosovo, for years after the war, which has been building simple and unequivocal policies in relation to the former commander.

That means, Mr. President, that dialogue will no longer be able to continue as it has so far.

The chief word of dialogue is now the country's opposition, which begins with the Vetevendosje Movement and the Democratic League of Kosovo.

Although you may even have suitable people for you within these political parties, the first (LVV) has respect for Serbia as an opponent, but there is no fear, it is educated, with Western exclusive and prepared civilisation what and how to dialogue with you, and the second (LDK) has such a patient mind that Serbia has no age to wait and live as long as the republic in relation to its power.

Mr. President, you will no longer have business with the people of Kosovo who have <x0-education, behavior and action” imposed upon you in Brussels.

The people who will make the dialogue with you are people who will hold you accountable for the genocide and crimes you have committed against the people, the country and the economy of Kosovo in the first place. And these people are not people you can blackmail in any way. And more than that.

Then normalization.

You will understand in time that the future dialogue will be directed by people who are truly in the service of Western homeland and civilisation.

You, Mr. President, still holding a stake in northern Kosovo, are counting on a favourable <x0pazar with the Republic of Kosovo for Serbia”. I think this is your weakest point.

People who will get the dialogue from now on will never again allow “one-ethnic association” in the Republic of Kosovo.

There is no government in the Republic of Kosovo that will, or dare, issue a decree for “one-ethnic association”.

The answer why this is so must be relatively simple: the political class that has the potential to take this step no longer has decision-making powers.

It seems that son and that chance has been desecrated and so despised by you that there is no one left of any value left.

The current majority also has no weight and no opportunity, because it is the majority of all minorities and cannot make any major decision without opposition and without political consensus in general.

Mr. President, welcome to the Freedom Generation of the Republic of Kosovo!
