Haxhiu: Citizens of Israel knew neither the name Arbani nor the minister's death of nine workers at the workplace

Depueta Albulen Haxhiu writes that Shpend Ahmeti is the example of an honest and courageous chairman as well as open to citizens close to them forever.

In a Facebook message, Haxhiu says the LDK is rationalising Abrashi's candidacy, saying that he has experience in executives, but, as Haxhiu says, as long as Abrashi was minister, many citizens have often not known his name, writes Periscopi.

During the campaign for local elections, but even before, throughout other municipalities, citizens faced similar and similar problems. Their municipalities were led by people who forget the promises in election campaigns once they get the vote of citizens. These rulers use their power to enrich them, enrich friends and family with tenders, while citizens face lack of drinking water, lack of nests, nepotism, and many other problems.

V IT has proved to be different, and it has witnessed this in government. Governance in Pristina is an example for all municipalities.

Wherever I went, Shpend was mentioned as an example of an honest and courageous chairman, open to citizens and close to them forever. One who has brought about change and progress. Wherever I went even outside Pristina, changes in the Pristina municipality have been mentioned under our rule and the need for this model of governance and the model of mayor like Shpend to be distributed to other municipalities as well.

When LDK officials are asked about Arba Abrasin why they should vote, the answer is that there is an experience in executive, since he has been minister. In fact, Arban Abrashi has been a minister, but many citizens do not even know that he has ever been such that his name is often confused. While those remembered in this role are remembered that for only a year during his term, nine workers died in the workplace and that he did nothing in carrying out the Law that recognises the status of women raped during the war. Both are the direct responsibilities of this former minister, and in reality his failures.

Today, unfortunately without shame, those who have destroyed Pristina for 13 years speak of good governance. Shpend Ahmeti from the citizens of Pristina received great support, and is the most voted man in these local elections. Its governance was praised by local and international organisations. These elections will enable the dignified representation of citizens to grow in any Communist nation by empowering our voice. These elections are possible, except in Pristina with Shpend Ahmeti, the model of our good governance is also carried to Prizren with Professor Mytaher Haskuka, in Gjilan with Sami Kurtesh, in Dardan with Central Kastratin, Besiana with the Everlasting Potter and Kacanic with Basri Kodra.

We will work without stopping to continue the changes in the Pristina municipality, and fortunately, we are now the first party in the Communist Assembly. Those remembered for misgovernance in their mandate and for sabotages and impasses during our mandate, while telling us about justice and development, will face the will of citizens on November 19th. After that date, Pristina continues to take place, fulfilling 100 of our pledges. Therefore, Pristina needs Shpend.
