Haradinaj in his letter to Economy Development Minister Valdrin Luka has asked him to consider the demands of the legal nature set forth by Ahmet Tmava, manager of the Trepca company.
“Adopted US Trepca Status. based on Article 6 of Law No. 05 L-120 for Trepca; Take the US Trepca census to Business Record Agency (MTI) based on Article 7 of Law No. 05 L-120 for Trepca; Also, MZHE, based on Article 7 of the Supreme Law, is conducting registration of US Trepca residential units. And these two paragraphs, 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 of this Law, were mentioned in Article 2, Based on Article 3 paragraph 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 of the Law and economic and financial reasonableness, forming the pre-entity units in this provision”, Haradinaj's letter to Luka, the prime minister's announcement states.
Haradinaj has asked Labour and Social Management Minister Skender Recica to secure the judicial basis for granting pensions by 70% of workers' salaries, as are pensions in some institutions in the Republic of Kosovo; ) secure legal grounds for accepting work stage for the 1990-1999; Youth employment, and implementation of the Kosovo General Kolecative Agreement”.
In the direction of Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, Haradinaj has asked that “based on the Law on Forgiveness of Public Debt No. 050119, the Trepca company as Actionary Society has been addressing the Government Commission for alleged involvement in its debts created at the time of UNMIK”.
