Haradinaj does not participate in Skopje Summit that focuses on business

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj decided not to join his counterparts from the region under the Skopje Summit, which focuses on business.
Attending the summit in Skopje has confirmed Albania's prime ministers, Edi Rama, Montenegro's Dusko Markovic, and Bosnia and Herzegovina Council of Ministers Chairman Denis Zvizdzic. Instead of Haradinaj, Kosovo will represent the first deputy prime minister, simultaneously foreign minister Behgjet Pacolli.
In addition to the Balkan prime ministers, 150 representatives of business leaders in the region are participating, as are European Union Commissioner for Transport Violet Bulc. The Business Summit in Skopje is under the Berlin Initiative.
Haradinaj's non-participation at the Skopje Summit comes days after two diplomatic failures, where Government backed off from application for membership in INTERPOL and U NESTO
