Germany's reunification, 27 years ago, has given hope and new confidence in a peaceful and limitless future to Europe and the whole world.

It was a special pleasure that tonight, on the occasion of marking the 27th anniversary of Germany's Union Day, in the event organised by German Ambassador to Kosovo Christian Heldt, to be present at this pleasant and extremely relaxed event.

Germany has given enormous support to the statehood of the Republic of Kosovo, and for this the people of Kosovo and I will be forever grateful.
