Father and son badly beat two Roma in Glogjan, Pec, the reasons are banal (Photo)

Samson and Egzon, two young Roma, over their 20 ' s, were going with a tractor into the mountain to cut wood. As soon as it leaves the doors of their yard on the main street of Peja's Glodjan village, nearby they have by car passed their Albanian neighbours Anton Anton Antony and his son Kennedy. Antoni, who is also president of the Albanian Democratic Party of Kosovo (PSHDK) in Peja and his son, have considered themselves more important, compared to the two Roma youths who were moving on a tractor. For this, according to the mother and brother of two Roma youth, Samson and Epaphroditus, a row has started between the two parties that have ended up beating badly and slaughtering one of the community members of the two Albanians, father and son. The event took place Friday afternoon in this village of Peja.

Samson and Egzon have ended up in the hospital, where they are still being treated by doctors. Samson has stabbed himself in the arm, and Epaphroditus's leg has been broken by the iron hooks. For this case, Kosovo police have immediately arrested young Kened Anthony as suspects, while a few days later Anton Anton Anton, who was originally on the run, has also surrendered. The 30-day detention measure from the Pec Foundation Court has been imposed on them.

Five days after this incident, the Express newspaper stayed in Gllojan, Pec, and spoke to the victims' family.

Aliu, one of eight brothers of beaten Roma, says they have been surprised by the move of their Albanian neighbours. Describing how the event took place, he insists that they have never had any disagreements with village residents or with the village school teacher Anton Anton Antony, who, along with his son, says they beat the brothers.

I'm not even sure what it's about. They're going to go with the most dirty tractor of wood, they're on their way to cartons and they're out there and they told you why you're looking at me, say Ali Berisha.

We've never had conflict before in our lives. Even the son of the attacker Kennedy grew up with my brother. It's in school. We almost got a touch on us, that without reason”, he told him Wednesday.

Police in Pec have not provided information on the case, showing that the subject has already been passed to the Prosecutor. The only clue in the case is Saturday through the 24-hour police report, where it was reported only to arrest one of the suspects.
