Officially, the Mandas Council will come up with two reports. One of them is the Socialists, who have rejected the prosecution's request for the arrest of Saimir Tahiri. The Socialists have voted the prosecution's partial admission, so they can investigate and search Tahiri's house, but not arrest him.
On the other hand, MPs and opposition representatives have voted a report giving green light to the prosecution's demands, including Tahiri's arrest.
At the start of the meeting, LSI deputy Nasip Naco spoke first, who said everything would be decided at the parliamentary session, while DP deputies have named the abusive location.
Nasip Nacho: At the end of the session, we put the first option in the polls, five MPs were accepted for all the cases the prosecution had brought, while Socialist deputies voted only for control of the residence and investigation, excluding the arrest.
