Ferizaj: runoff Between LDK and PDK
Bloodov: Run-off between Alternative and AAK
Mitrovica: runoff PDK and AKR
Gjilan: Run-off between LDK and VV
Prizren: runoff PDK and VV
Page: Whether there will be a run-off, the LDK is the first, followed by the AAK.
