French newspaper, “Le Constuionnel”, published on Friday, May 4, 1900, on the forehead, a writing about the escape of Ismail Kemal and his three sons from Turkey.
The Albanian athlete, appointed by Sultan to the Val post in Tripoli, was scheduled to travel to this destination via the ship “Fwaad”, but everything happened differently.
Next, you will find the complete text on the escape plan of Albanian patriot, brought into Albanian by Aurec Bebja blogu “Dars (Klos), Matt É Albania”:

Ismail Kemal Bey's escape continues to be the object of all comments
Contrary to what was said earlier, Ismail Kemal, after leaving “Yildiz Chiosk”, did not enter the board of “Fuades”, which would take him to Tripoli, from where he would leave at night.
Ismail Kemal, emerging from “Yildiz Chisk”, entered the English battleship simply “Salamander”, with his three sons, sought shelter immediately granted.
The English Embassy briefed the High Gate on what had happened and warned him that Ismail Kemal wanted to take refuge abroad to live there.
The sultan was very surprised and replied that Ismail Kemal, at his own pleasure, could either go to his post in Tripoli or leave the country.
Ismail Kemal and his three sons left the “today Salamander” to be launched with a steam (small vessel) of the “Rubattini” company, which will lead them to Marseille.
Ismail Kemal has the reputation of a righteous and clear man: the decision he has made to abandon his country clearly shows that he considers the life of every intelligent individual in Turkey impossible.
