Erdogan accused Washington of giving free weapons to a terrorist organisation, referring to “YPG”, one of the key US allies in the fight against Islamic State in Syria.
The US and Turkey have been facing tough for a week following the arrest of an American Consulate officer in Turkey.
During a speech in the capital Ankara, Erdogan accused the US of sending 3,500 gun trucks to Syria and that they are being used by “YPG” to surround Turkey, broadcast the TCH.
