A citizen has been arrested this afternoon in Gjakova because, according to the police, he has not followed the orders of police officials.
According to video footage sent to KALLXO.com by a citizen, police officials are seen lying down in the middle of a citizen's road and handcuffing him.
Regional Police Information Officer Gjakova Freedom Podrimaj has indicated that the case occurred around 14:30 in front of the Komuna building.
According to the Police spokeswoman, while the police patrol was dealing with an irregular parking lot (the car had blocked the other cars parked in front of the Municipal Assembly), the driver was presented, who has not implemented the orders of police officials.
Noting police that the same was not following orders, with which the initial proceedings were not carried out, the same police officers arrested”, the spokeswoman said.

Freedom Podrimaj also indicated that while the suspect was being transported to the police station, he has offended the police.
The custody prosecutor has been notified about the case.
“Rest goes into regular procedure and is described as debacle of order and public calm”, said Freedom Podrimaj.
