The newest dream study, you will be surprised at what researchers have found (Video)

For the first time, a sweet technique has been proven, and it has been said to be even more effective if combined with other techniques. The clear dreamer is a person who says that he has seen certain dreams and has a clear idea of how he remembers them.
Once it was thought to be just a myth, but now science has confirmed that clear dreams are reality and have found methods working to increase a person's chances of remembering a clean dream.

In the past, some of the methods have required the use of advanced equipment, and other methods that have not been very reliable.
The bright dream is said to be satisfying and is considered to be a powerful tool for the healing of trauma.
Dr Denholm Aspy of Adelaide University wondered if combining techniques would have a greater success.
He created a study of 169 people in techniques to bring in clear dreams. One of the techniques was testing reality, and participants were constantly checking to make sure they were smart.
The mysterious knowledge of clear dreams saw those attending by setting the alarm to wake them up in five hours and then say, the next time I dream, I'm going to think I'm dreaming, and then they're going back to sleep.
MILD is another technique that relies on people thinking about what would be like a bright dream. Aspy said the test itself didn't produce benefits. However, 53% of people who tested reality and MILD together succeeded, and 17% succeeded every night.
This had exceeded any study before him that had been conducted without the use of intervention, such as wearing a mask that would shine in front of him for the discovery of REM sleep.
Aspy said that success rates have been better than anything before, even studies undertaken by inventor.
It has been suggested that about 55% of people will have a clean dream at some point, but for many others they are a rare phenomenon.
Most people with bright dreams wake up quickly, but it is known for people to have dreams that last up to an hour. Now Aspy is looking for volunteers for another study. /Periscopi/
