Numerous frauds have identified the Board of State Quality Council (KSHC) of the Kosovo Agency for Accrediting (AKA) in the latest meeting held on 22 September this year.
82 foreign nationals, with academic degrees Doctor Science (PhD), who were presented in Kosovo as regular academic staff, have been identified by the KSHC board for having regular working relations even in their countries of origin, writes today <x0 different Sunday with Koha Ditore”.
The board, too, has withdrawn accreditation for some programmes that had attempted to deceive the agency with professors who do not exercise activity in Kosovo, enabling 60 professors from the region (Macedonia, Albania and other countries) to further exploit their academic degrees for the interests of higher education institutions.
Their names have been used only for purposes of accreditation, and some have even said that they have not been aware of this, nor have they ever engaged in these colleges.
The paper has provided several names of professors from countries in the region, who were presented by private colleges in Kosovo as their staff.
