The document stating that the Government of the Republic of Suriname has drawn recognition of Kosovo has sent Suriname's Permanent Mission to the United Nations.

As noted in the communiqué, the document has been addressed to Serbia's mission to the UN, the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Kosovo.
