The election process has met local and international standards, with the exception making Serb majority municipalities, with voters being pressured to vote.
So stated Albert Krasniqi from Democracy to Action (DnV) at a news conference.
The most serious problems associated with the election process have been the noncompliance between the vote for mayor of municipalities and those for municipal municipalities. Another problem has emerged in the Decani municipality, where, as a result of the confusion of seals, the voting process has been interrupted until their replacement”, he said.
According to him, DnV estimates that the CEC has begun with the delay in informing voters, and that this could lead to a large number of invalid ballots, while professional training is welcome.
Krasniqi stressed that DnV will come up with a final report after the vote is counted.
