Prosecutor EULEX '%s' has shown in the Appeal that a prisoner had heard a conversation by Enver Seker Sequirah for escape. The conversation, the prosecutor says it has been heard and denounced the night the sentenced to over 37 years in prison for inciting the murder was returned to custody, after the court had released him into house arrest, which lasted more than 24 hours. Sekiraq's defence during the hearing hearing for the appointment of security measures against Sekirras has revealed that the conversation was denounced by Besim Hasani, a former police officer convicted of murder.

EULEX judge has not been able to issue a decision on security measures against Enver Sekirshire, who returned to custody Friday evening. At Tuesday's hearing at the Court of Appeals, the court was offered new evidence on the case, which Judge Elka Ermenkova has said needs a little more time to make a decision.

EULEX prosecutor Claudio Pala before the court has shown there is enough evidence that Enver Sekiraqa has violated stops which were appointed by the Court of Appeals in the decision to appoint home arrest measures to convicts.

Furthermore, the prosecutor told the court that Sekiraqa poses a risk of fleeing from justice if left outside the Dys prison.

He said that in September the State Prosecutor has received three anonymous letters in which Enver Sekiraqa, though imprisoned, controls his criminal group.

But not only that, Prosecutor Palace said that even on the night Sekiraqa returned to prison, after more than 24 hours of staying in house arrest, he was heard talking about an escape plan. This conversation, according to the prosecutor, has been heard by another prisoner standing in a maximum security prison in Duz.

Enver Sekirace's defense lawyer, Kosovar Kelmendi, in her address to the Court of Appeals, said she cannot be believed to be the person who claims to have heard Sequirace's conversation with another person in prison, since in her opinion Sekiraqa has a cell on the first floor of that prison, while the other prisoner stays on the third floor in Duz.

She has also found that the person who has claimed to be the former police officer convicted of multiple murders Besnik Hasani, and that the same has been suspected of involvement in a court case involving Sekerqaen.

Kelmendi said Hasan denounced him directly to another police lieutenant, who also said he has witnessed the judicial process where Enver Sekiraqa was sentenced to 37 years in prison.

Protection of convicts dismissed the possibility of the escape of Enver Sekershaw, also showing that her client has no currency documents since 2012.

She presented the passport of the convict who said it was expired, and for that she reacted, who said that in the decision to be released in the house-house except for stops that were violated by the convict, and for which he returned to custody, seizures of travel documents were also required.

The lawyer also clarified the violation of the convict's detention for meeting with other people outside of those who live. Acknowledging that such a thing happened, Kosovar Kelmendi said she was unaware of these stops, as according to her for the release from Enver Sekiraq's detention was announced via phone Thursday evening by an employee of the EULEX, while making the decision one day after that. In her view, it was only late, the offense had taken place and even apologized on behalf of her and her client.

Sekiraqa herself admitted to breaking the stops, but said he was not aware of them. He claimed he didn't read the verdict, but he just went home, and in that case he waited for the lawyer to interpret the stops because she says she doesn't know these procedures.

Photos bearing testimony to the violation of the court's detention that Sekiraqa made while remaining in custody for more than 24 hours were also released.

Protection of convicts for inciting police murder Triumf Riza said the violation has also taken place because of the Balkan mentality, in particular of that Kosovar, when relatives come home for un invited visits on such occasions.

She admitted that on the night of Sekiraqa's release there were over 100 people waiting at home, all family members, relatives, neighbours and friends of convicts. Among them, he said there were people who took pictures, one of whom said to be Sequirah's lawyer in another court process. All the time repeating that they didn't know there was a stop to meet other people, and according to her, as she realized about the Sequirah family stop and locked the doors for guests.

All at the end of the session, Judge Elka Ermenkova said that even though she intended today to appoint the move towards Sekiraq, she still needs time to make a decision, as new arguments were presented at the hearing.

Enver Sekiraqa, despite being sentenced to 26 years in prison for inciting the murder, was released in house arrest by the Court of Appeals last Thursday, while this court has yet to declare its conviction following the complaint of the Pristina Constitutional Court's condemnation of Sekiraq.

He returned to custodyTomorrow, after Photos of others, outside family members with whom they live, were published in the mediaWhich was prohibited by his decision.

The release of Sequirah in house arrest by two EULEX judges and a local one prompted the response of justice connoisseurs, who demanded scandal and said the Appeals Court violated Article 367 of the Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code..

This confirms that if the court executes the sentence of over five years in prison against a defendant, then the person charged with automatism is sent to custody, even in cases where it was not previously charged.
