Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Dalaibovr Yevtic has declared it very important for the Serbian List to win in all Serb majority environments, but to win seats in the Istog and Kline municipalities, where Albanians are majority.
Javtic has added that the aim of the Serbian List is to win in the environments where the majority are Albanians, so that it can solve the life-related problems facing Serbs. He has also demanded that a new Serbian municipality be formed, Plemetin Prelluze.
Meanwhile, Goran Rakiq, chairman of the Serbian List, has said that the Serbian List vies with mayoral candidates in all majority Serb municipalities in Kosovo, as well as for the first time even in 11 municipalities where the majority are not Serbs, writes voice newspapers.
“We are the only Serbian party to have managed to unite Serbs in Kosovo and in the June 11th elections we have managed to win 90 per cent of Kosovo Serbs' votes. 17 Serbian political subjects compete for the October 22nd local elections. The Serbian list is the only one who has received the support of Belgrade”, Rakic has said.
And meanwhile, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister in the Government of Kosovo Dalibor Yevtiq has re-acted the issue of forming the Prelluza municipality, a village of Vushtrri, in which parallel municipality of Vushtrri operates. But for a change from demand to last term, the Serbian List and Jevtic themselves now require Plemetin to be a municipality, specifying that the two Serb villages, the Prelluza Pitement, be a municipality.
During the campaign that Jevtic has held with the Serbian List in Prelluze the Serbs of this village have urged him to put pressure on the Kosovo government to establish the Serb municipality of Prelluza, which is inhabited by Serb majority but also with other communities, such as Roma.
