This is the decision of the Court of Appeal for Murat Mehahu

The Appeals Court on Monday has decided to reject the indictment against him, as well as against the other two officials of this agency, Ismet Kryeziu and Nemanja Spasac.

All three last year have been charged with misuse of official office. The prosecution believes that those in co-ordination have hampered the USPK company.

The trial against them has begun this year, and the accused have been declared innocent.
But after Meha and others have objected to the indictment, the first degree of decision was made and rejected. It has considered that elements of the criminal act have not been fulfilled, since there has been no desire to benefit anyone.
