Over 1,500 properties are destroyed by fire.
Some 20,000 people have been evacuated by the Napa, Sonoma, and Yuba counties.
These fires have destroyed property and continue to pose a threat to many homes of life, making it necessary to evacuate thousands of residents”, said California Governor Jerry Brea.
