Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic says the EU and those who say Kosovo is a special case has asked whether Presheva should now be treated as a special case.
He has alluded to the 1992 referendum held in Presevo, where then Serb power had soon eradicated, not even public, broadcast Indesksonline.
Daciq urged the EU to make a concrete statement on Kosovo's right to be a state, linking it to the failed referendum in Catalonia.
On the other hand, Movement for Democratic Progress leader Jonuz Musliu has said Serbia must accept the March 1992 referendum, in line with the UN Charter, which guarantees the self-setment of indigenous peoples.
