As a doctor who has fought cancer, McKee says he recommends these powerful advice not only for his patients but for everyone who reads:
1. Get stress.
Chronic stress suppresses your immune function and stimulates inflammation, which is like cancer fuel, says McKee.
2. Watch out for mold.
“Mycotoxins and afloxins found in mold are among the most popular carcinogenic substances,” says McKee. Employment a mold removal expert to control your space and risk, he says.
3. Training and Just Training
Physical activity improves your immunity and keeps away from the risk of cancer. This is made known by a University study in Nebraska.
4. Give a hand
Clinical research shows that volunteerism and other acts of altruism promote your immunity.
5. Take this appendix
Vitamin D is important for numerous aspects of your health and that includes reducing the risk of cancer, McKee says.
