Investigations are even said to be under way if the regime there is ready to enter talks on handing over the nuclear weapons programme, writes the SCMP, Kosovo Clan forwards.
That's what US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said. He made remarks after the meeting he had had with President of China Xi Jinping, while officials of both states have advanced in the final preparation that US President Donald Trump in Beijing.
Both nations have voiced disagreement over the oversight of North Korea, where Washington has invited Beijing to put more pressure on Pennyjanin, while Beijing has said the crisis must be resolved with dialogue.
