The voting period through mail is under way. This is a period worth successful registered voters outside Kosovo during the application period that has been completed on August 23rd.
In this direction, the Central Election Commission has sent envelopes (which contain the ballotment in the mayor's Elections for the Municipal Assembly) and instructions on how to fill out the ballot.
The number of envelopes sent to voters outside Kosovo is -- 10,000 and 476 -- as many as are successful registered voters in the census application period.
The voting period by mail ends on October 20th. So, by this date the balloting should come to the CEC postal fahah of”, it said about “Indexline”, spokesman for this institution, Valmir Elezi.
At the end of this period we will have detailed data on voting through mail, and we will have precise data on how many of these citizens have voted.
