British Prime Minister writes letter to Haradinaj, congratulates him for prime minister's election

Ramush Haradinaj has been congratulated by British Prime Minister Theresa May for the election of prime minister.

May in the letter sent Haradinaj, has stressed that the United Kingdom strongly supports a stable, secure and prosperous Kosovo, Periscopi reports.

“We believe that United Kingdom co-operation Kosovo in this project is of high importance because it promotes professionalism, accountability, and transparency in public administration ʹ and thus demonstrates Kosovo's dedication to democratic values before the world”, said the letter.

Today I had the pleasure of receiving congratulations from British Prime Minister Theresa May, who expresses the United Kingdom's commitment to helping Kosovo in all areas.

Please accept my sincere congratulations on behalf of the United Kingdom Government, on the occasion of your election, Kosovo Prime Minister.
The UK and Kosovo enjoy close and historical friendships.
We are committed to integrated Kosovo in the international community and to normalising relations with Serbia.
We strongly support a stable, secure, and prospering Kosovo.
In this context, we will continue to support empowering rule of law in your country, and we hope that your government will address the priorities of the justice system, and also take all necessary measures to fight organised crime and corruption.
We are willing to provide added technical support and hope that existing initiatives will find the continued support of your government, such as the United Kingdom project for assistance to Kosovo in recruiting top leadership positions in public administration.
We believe that United Kingdom co-operation Kosovo in this project is of high importance because it promotes professionalism, accountability, and transparency in public administration and thus demonstrates Kosovo's dedication to democratic values before the world.
