Crime Department specialists at the Korca Police Commissioner made the capture and arrest of citizens, D. P, 24, resident of Korca.
His arrest took place after, on the date 03.10,2017, this citizen was allegedly forced into the residence of a 20-year-old citizen and committed with the latter, sexual violence.
Materials were passed to the Judiciary District Attorney Korac for Criminal Work: “Sexual Relations With Violence of Adults” envisioned by Article 102 of the Penal Code, State Police have announced.
