The man who attacked Cathazi and Milaim Zeka is protected by the same lawyer

Lawyer Gazmend Halilaj stayed about four hours in the Court on Sunday. He was tasked with protecting his client, Fitim Thaqi, for the physical attack on Inseder's editor-in-chief Vehbi Kajazi.

After four hours of hearing, Judge Naim Krasniqi appointed the 30-day detention measure Fitim Thaqi. And, just a day after defending him at the Tribute Court, Gazmend Halilaj was elected by MP NISMA's Milaim Zeka to protect her too.

Zeka, who was arrested today by police under suspicion that she deceived hundreds of Kosovars for visa equipment, is expected to appear in court soon. He'll be protected from that same lawyer as Victor Thaqi.

The lawyer who will protect Thaci and Zeka on two different occasions says that the fact that these people have chosen to be protected through him in court is no coincidence.

Gazmen Halilaj says there are many clients coming from the Drenas Community, and that's what his last two clients are.

This case is not the same, Fitim Thaqi has nothing to do with the visa case. I have about 200 clients from all over the Drenas Community who prefer to come to me; otherwise they don't go. The winner is also from the Drenas municipality, and I've had his earliest case of”, Halilaj said of Insideer.
