A group of U.S. nuclear ships and submarines are located in the vicinity of North Korea after conducting major war exercises, reports “Daily star”.
The fleet of ships and submarines, led by USS Ronald Reagan, entered South Korea on Saturday after a week of joint naval training.
The USS Tucson submarines and the USS Michigan, and 40 ships joined the aircraft carrier in the portal town of Busan, South Korea.
Five-day treatments including American fighter planes and helicopters are being trained for an eventual attack on North Korea.
Marc Dalton, head of the submarine group, Ronald Reagan, described the exercises as a “ruine” of their defence partnership with South Korea.
“This visit to the port is the perfect outcome for this regularly planned exercise with the Marine counterparts of the Republic of Korea,” he said.
But massive military exercises come amid high tensions between Kim Jong's totalitarian regime and the US.
The North Korean state media have dubbed American war exercises in the region as intentional “ ” that could “x2x3> nuclear war.
