Speaking of his outcome in these elections, which by 91% of the votes counted by the CEC has secured 35.87 per cent of the vote by entering the runoff with VV candidate Shpend Ahmeti.

Although the AKR candidate for Pristina, Selim Pacolli, has openly declared that he supports Shpend Ahmeti in the runoff, Abrashi said he received messages from many AKR officials.

I've been contacted by many AKR officials, and he's got a good mood. But, Pristina needs good, small and large projects. I'll talk to Selim Pacolli. However, the main one is the alliance with the citizen”, he said.

The LDK candidate for Pristina said he does not want to risk coalition with the PDK because he does not know how citizens will react, while he mentioned the PDK candidate's statement to head of Pristina, Lirak Cellaj, that it was his party, The PDK, which helped the VV in 2013 win Pristina.

“in Pristina, in the last four years there have been many propaganda. Sometimes I am surprised by what he boasts (Ahmet) in Pristina. Pristina needs very large projects because it has many budgets. With my leadership, Tirana will take Pristina as a reference. In the last four years, we have lost 70-80m euros. We have lost many sectors that no longer see Pristina as an option. I invite citizens out to the neighborhood to see if there is any improvement for the better. They'll see the change is bad. There are dozens of small parks that have disappeared. A municipality that has managed these small parks, how could it go out and ask for a vote”, Abrashi said.

He said Pristina should return to a tourist destination through festivals and other works.

“Ahmeti, in the last four years, has played the mayor's role at all. He's been a cop, a judge's attorney. If he saw a school not being built well, he had to complain to the builder with whom he had a” contract, he said.

According to him, the school “min Duraku” was built new, and said the current chairman, Shpend Ahmeti, is trying to shift the debate of this school in another respect, since he did not know that it was built new.

He said he was ready for debate, and condemned the distribution of false news.

This candidate (Spend Ahmeti) has called for powerful assemblies. But yesterday's elections showed that this does not have control of the assembly. He should withdraw”, Abrashi stressed, adding that Pristina's town dares not lose another four years with VV candidate complaints.

Abrashi said that Pristina needs large infrastructure projects, such as sports halls, sports grounds and other ones, saying the “the basketball table at the Youth Palace is small and does not meet international standards to play international matches and a new” should be built.

Abrashi said the June elections showed the punitive vote, and our “was to talk about big issues, as has the coalition with PDK”.

He said Lipjan municipality chairman Imri Ahmeti, who won without a run-off, is a very cooperative man, and for the fact that he worked well, has been re-elected without a runoff. Also, for Gazmend Muhhajer, who won without a run-off in Peja, said he has worked hard, making capital investments that will not only see Peja, but the whole Kosovo.

Abrashi said he believes the LDK will win all 11 municipalities in the run-off, including Pristina.

LDK candidate for Pristina chairman Arba Abashi said that at this time, until the day elections for the run-off are held, November 19th, only programmes must be discussed.
