A total of 1429 were included in the survey on pleasure.
Erald Pashaj, from EPPC, explains that each participant answered 12 total questions, of which 7 dealt with demographic division and 5 with the perception of respondents on the job.
The work-related questions are a test to understand how comfortable they feel in the institution or the company they work with.
Participants in the survey conducted in Albania and Kosovo were asked how satisfied they were with the current job and how likely it was that within a year they would seek work elsewhere.
Of them 53% are unhappy, 11% very unhappy, 30 % happy and 7% very satisfied.
Thus, in Albania and Kosovo, that figure amounts to 64 %. While worldwide, 48% of respondents are not happy with the work they do.
Erald Pashaj, administrator and founder of EPPC, said: “As shown on detailed graphics, satisfaction is the highest among high-wage employees, experienced employees and those who reside in Kosovo.
Disillusionment, on the other hand, is the highest among low - paying employees and mainly the youngest”.
Mr. The fact is that 52% of respondents think they're looking for new jobs. From surveys in the world, the figure of those looking for new jobs is slightly higher at 55 %.
Of the 12 reasons offered to understand what moves respondents to seek a new job, the propaga is the most important factor.
Financial aspect is very important, as can be seen from the fact that it is the main reason respondents seek new jobs at the same time are those who have higher salaries.
But the salary is not everything. Survey participants burden the five most important aspects of work: assessing what they do, which they consider important, 71% of respondents.
All the time, they are named by respondents as important, and other aspects of respecting employees, safety, and the atmosphere in the workplace.
The serious view noted in the survey was the disrespect of the Labour Code in Albania and Kosovo.
Those surveyed are disappointed that a number of them do not have employment contracts, and in some cases they are not respected.
Another expressed concern is the long and unpaid work schedule, as well as the lack of holiday on weekends and on holiday holidays.
