For some photographs of Agim Veliu, where they see children, it has been pronounced the punishment of 3,000 euros from PZAP.
The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtres has found the complaint of BIRN and Internews Kosova submitted to the LDK candidate for Podujevo, Agim Veliu.
So, PZAP has pronounced 3,000 euros in fines to the Democratic League of Kosovo due to a post of October 9th 2017, in which children are seen to be involved in the campaign.
The LDK has argued before the PZAP claiming that posting some photos of children by their candidate can in no way be interpreted as the children's involvement in the campaign and also turning the photos away from being misunderstood and misinterpreted.
These reasonings presented by the LDK have not convinced PZAP, which has found that the complaint of BIRN and Internea Kosovo is based and that the Electoral Rule 13/2013 has been violated.
This rule defines categories of people who shouldn't be part of election campaigns among them as well as people who haven't turned 18 years.
Only yesterday has the complaint of BIRN and I/KS for political subjects pronounced fines at the value of 18,000 euros.
