The election campaign has already entered in recent days, and political parties have unveiled their programmes.
While citizens' voter turnout to give or not to trust these programmes is expected to be close to 40%.
Eugen Cakoli from KDI indicated that voter turnout in local and parliamentary elections has been in the quota of 40 %.
Cakolli stressed that the higher turnout even political parties have the greatest legitimacy of citizens.
And citizens of our camera say on October 22nd they're going to go to the ballot boxes despite their skeptical that their situation will change.
