A four-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed his grandfather with a gun he found on the back door of Grandpa's vehicle in northern California.
Count Pasquotan's sheriff, Randy Cartwright, has said police officers were summoned to a rural area Sunday afternoon for a shooting incident, broadcasting Express.
Investigators have said that the grandfather identified as Danny Patrick, 57-year-old, by Elizabeth City, was firing rifles with his nephew, and at one point the boy shot him dead.
Sheriff said Patrick was shot in the face.
The police found Patrick dead at the scene.
