(5 hours ago)A 39-year-old proclaimed international search by Spain has been put in handcuffs by police in the Great Mountain. It's learned that the cuffs are put in Gentian Handray alllias Gentian Hotay. He was looking for narcotics trafficking and participation in criminal organisations.
Spanish authorities on July 8th assigned the security measure “to prison” for criminal acts “Narcotics Trafficking” and “Partnerships in criminal organisation”, aimed at trading narcotics.
Interpol Tirana is co-operating with Spanish authorities on procedures for the extradition of 39-year-old to Spain.
“State Police/ Finalized by Search Sector ( FAST Albania, at the Directorate of the Special Operations Force, the police operation codenamed “Fast”, writes Euronewal. Asked in Spain for trafficking narcotics and participation in criminal organisations, it is seized in the 39-year-old Great Mountain.
Following information and operational co-ordination with counterparts in Spain, with the objective of localising and apprehending citizens declared in international research, research sector specialists ( FAST Albania, at the Directorate of the Task Force Operational Force in the Department of Criminal Police, in collaboration with DVP Shkodra, finalised the police operation codenamed “Fast”, as a result of which was located in the Great Malece and was temporarily arrested citizen:
G. H. allis G. H., 39, born in Coplic. This citizen had been declared international in research by Interpol Madrid, after Spanish judicial authorities, with the verdict of 08.07.26, have assigned the security measure “Arrest to prison” for criminal acts “Narcotics Trafficking” and “Partnerships to criminal organisation”, conducted deliberately trading narcotics.
