A match in England is still at risk, the cause of bad weather

England may again face problems caused by weather at the World Cup, this time in the quarterfinals against Norway.
The dramatic victory of “Three Lions” over Mexico at 1/8 of the finals was postponed for an hour due to the storms in Mexico City.
England will now face Norway in the quarterfinals, a match in Miami on Saturday, and starts at 11:00 local times.
According to weather predictions, however, the city is expected to be involved in the storm at that time. Miami's six hours behind us, so the game will be played at 5:00 local time.
According to the meteorological service “AccuWeather”, forecast for Saturday is: “In the afternoon, isolated storms are expected, while lightning from nearby storms may affect the development of the” football match.
Even “NBC Miami” reports that around five o'clock local time, isolated storms are expected, while high temperatures can pose another challenge for Thomas Tuchel's team.
The maximum temperature predicted for Saturday is 34 degrees Celsius, while humidity during the match is expected to fluctuate from 60 to 68 percent.
This will cause the sensitive temperature to reach up to 44 degrees Celsius, creating very difficult conditions for both teams, even though Norway will face the same circumstances.
As for the possibility of storms, FIFA's regulation stipulates that if a lightning strikes within a radius of eight miles (about 13 km) of the stadium, the match will automatically be stopped to ensure the safety of players and fans.
Every new bolt of lightning within that area drives the re-launch of the match to another 30 minutes.
One such case occurred at the group stage, when the match between France and Iraq was interrupted for nearly two hours between the first and second parts because of storms and lightning.
England's last friendly match before the World Cup, against Costa Rica, was postponed for an hour due to unfavourable weather conditions, while even confronting Ecuador at the 1/8th stage of the final at the “Azteca” stadium had similar delays.
