Kosovo extradites INTERPOL to Sweden for narcotics trafficking

Kosovo Police, the Directorate for International Police Co-operation, in co-ordination and co-operation with other relevant Kosovo Police units and justice institutions, today on the 09.07.2026 date, has made the extradition of citizens of Kosovo and Sweden, E.K., from Kosovo to Sweden.

The suspect had been arrested by Kosovo Police as the same was demanded through INTERPOL with international paper-lined paper-lined, released by Sweden's justice institutions for criminal work “Narcotic Trafficking”.

Extradition was realised based on laws in power and close co-operation between institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and Swedish.
