KFOR ends placing 67 containers in Brnica football fields

KFOR has announced that it has completed the transfer of 67 containers from the Kosovo Security Force barracks (FSK) to football fields in the Brnica/Brnjica area, under an initiative to improve conditions for young footballers.
According to the announcement, the operation was conducted by the Interconnector and Monitoring Team (LMT) KFOR's K8, with the support of the Joint Group for Logistic Support (JLSG), in co-ordination with KFOR and KSF Military Police.
Following a request by the Kosovo Football Federation, the shift process began on 17 June and was completed in recent days, with a total of 67 containers transported to offer new footballers better training conditions, change of equipment and preparation for matches.
This initiative reflects KFOR's continued commitment with local institutions and partners to promoting health and well-being, with particular focus on youth development”, the report said.
