Ahaz 'attacks' sharply Ahmeti: He owes me thousands of euros, he's a thief, a liar and a coward.

Pristina Mayor Shpend Ahmeti has today been sentenced to two years in prison and fines because of his failure to declare property. The former associate and his former associate, Hakki Abazi, has also reacted in this regard on serious charges against him.
Ahaz, through a long writing, spoke of Ahmeti's career as well as of what he called <x0ventures” during his two mandates at Pristina's helm.
He was tough with former Harvard student Shpend Ahmeti, attributing three epithets: “lie, thief and coward”.
“FEOMEN THE AHMETIS: HOW YOU SUFFECT YOUR HOPE CRIJUM. A degree from Harvard cannot replace the courage to die for the city, for the country. I founded GAP with him, today he owes me thousands of euros borrowed and never broken! Eat, liar and coward!”, Abazi wrote.
According to Abbas, the tax, or what he calls “the wretched”, of Ahmeti had started in his second term as Pristina chairman, as he said he had begun at “corruptiond”.
“Phenomeni Shpend Ahmeti was not human. It was our civic projection! Pristina of 2013 was a tired city. We didn't vote for Shpend. We voted a hope! And he, in his first term, like he played the perfect role. It stopped a little concrete downtown, brought the new buses, opened the municipality for citizens, it was cool, it was different.
But in the second term, something changed. When you see the city every day from the mayor's office, you begin to view it, not as an urban plan, but as a balance plan. Every change in the regulatory plan from 6 to 12 floors is onem euros. Every construction permit at Matti 1, in Lakrish, in Sophalia, is a bargain. Urbanism ceased to be a profession and became a business. And that's where the money starts. 172,600 ARSYET WHY SIMMBOL WAS LEARNED. 172,600 euros to himself, the kid's kid, and the pin town!”
It should be noted that Ahmeti has been sentenced for the criminal offence of the property. According to the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, he is accused of not declaring financial means of value from 54,000 and 400 euros, accepted in his mother's personal accounts as well $18,000 more. According to the prosecution's indictment, the total amount of undeclared means reaches the 172 thousand and 600 euros.
Abaz's full delivery:
A degree from Harvard cannot replace the courage to die for the city, for the country.
Eat, liar and coward!
I founded GAP with him. Today he owes me thousands of Euros borrowed and never broken!
In 2007, in Pristina, with two computers. The idea was heretic for Kosovo at the time: politics can be measured with facts. The budgets can be read. Power can be controlled by Excel, not just the flag. The developmental vision should make Pristina, unlike what it has ever been. The Republic needs a real capital!
Shpend was the ideal man for that idea.
New. Educated at Harvard. Perfect English. It was about progressive taxes, public transportation, economic zones, when everyone else talked about war, treason, and patriotism. It wasn't from the war. It wasn't from the clans. He was clean.
That's why we pushed it.
We made him a citizen symbol, an anti-corruption symbol, and in 2013 he became head of the capital with a sentence that sounds like a curse to me today:
A guy from Harvard's got to master urbanism. "
I would never dare to say that to Rexhep Luci.
THE HIGHP WAR
Rexhep Luci hadn't come from Harvard. He came from Pristina.
An architect, urbanist, director of the post-war Urbanism Directorate. In 2000, when Pristina had returned to the worst jungle in the Balkans, where every commander, every businessman, each criminal, built out of five floors without permission in the middle of the city, Rexha said: Mjaft.
Rexhep Luci's file did not have 172,600 euros undeclared. There was an urban plan and a list of targets for collapse. He had no cash deposits through the ATMs. There were death threats every day. And he died poor.
That's the contrast that kills any comparison.
FOTHER WHAT IT WAS YNI PROJECTION
Phenomeni Shpend Ahmeti was not human. It was our citizen projection!
172,600 ARSYET WHY I WAS SAMBOLIE, 172,600 euros to myself, to the kids of the kickback and to the pin town!
Today, the Special Prosecutor charges Shpend Ahmeti with 172,600 undeclared euros.
According to the official indictment confirmed by Appeal:
- 118,200 euros CAS personally deposited by him, handbuff and through ATMs, the Bank of Economics and BKT.
- 54,400 euros in revenue from his mother's personal account.
Period: 2018-2022. Just when he was chairman.
A man from Harvard knows that any deposit jars over 1,000 euros leave a mark. I know that the way of depositing out of 500-1000 euros at the ATM is called"trusturing", a classic way to avoid reporting in the Financial Intelligence Unit. A man who learned in GAP how to read the statements of wealth, didn't he know how to declare his wealth?
His official statement in 2019 was 4,200 euros in the bank, a Skoda 8,000-euro car, resides in the brother's house (with many questions as well).
Meanwhile, in the background, 118 thousand euros were slowly entering the bank. Are they all?
If that money is pure -norrhea from AUK, the World Bank, by UAID, family savings - why were they never declared? Why were Masses kept at home like the 1990s? Why were they transferred from their mother's account rather than from a documented source?
And here's the moral essence:
Rexhep Luci died because he refused to take money from urbanism. Shpend Ahmeti is being tried because he can't explain the money while he was boss.
One left behind a street name. The other is leaving behind an indictment.
THE BOOKING LIGALIZING CONRUPTION
And now comes the point where all justice becomes theatre: punishment.
If the truth being circulated proves true - 2 years in prison on bail and without the seizure of wealth - then we haven't given justice. We have awarded awards for future corruption.
Let's count on it as it used to be at GAP:
Undeclared profit: 172,600 euros.
Sentence: 0 days effective prison (because nobody on bail comes in) + 0 euros seizure.
The crime equation becomes:
Danger = 0. profit = 172,600 euros.
This is not punishment. This is the fee. It's a permit.
Law No. 08/L-21 for the Confiscating of Inexcussive Riches, Article 19, clearly states: If wealth does not comply with legal income, it is confiscated even without the need for additional penalty. It's done just for cases like this.
Why doesn't it apply?
Because in Kosovo we still have the feudal mentality: the mayor is not a thief, it's"dex1>. And wealth does not touch the unwise. They are given a moral punishment that sounds good in the news: "sentenced to 2 years in prison". But nothing is touched in his pocket.
Rexhep Luci paid with his life for 0 euros.
Shpend Ahmeti is paying by 0 days in prison for 172,600 euros
I'm not mad at Shpend. I'm disappointed with us, with me!
With us creating an idol from a man, instead of creating a system that works even when the idol fails. We thought it was enough for a good, educated man to save a city that killed the last man who dared to really save it.
Urbanism is not saved by degrees from Harvard. Saved by the courage of Rexhep Luci to die for the plan.
Today, when I see Pristina out of the window - with a little sidewalk, a few nests, no parks, no tall palaces without a plan - I no longer see Raja or Shpend.
I see only 172,600 reasons why we killed our very hope.
