(16 days ago)The candidate for presidentship by the Democratic League of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has thanked the LDK citizens and supporters for the confidence and support given during the election process, saying the result of the elections constitutes continuing a mission to serve Kosovo.
In a public response after the elections, Osman expressed gratitude for every vote and support received by citizens throughout the country. She said that during the campaign she met thousands of citizens, listening to their concerns, expectations and hopes for a more developed, more integrated and united Kosovo.
Osmani praised the support of youth, women, exiles and all citizens who participated in the vote, stressing the importance of democracy and a policy based on value, knowledge and responsibility.
She underlined that her participation in these elections was intended to contribute to the re-instruction of the LDK and to the rapid creation of new institutions. According to her, her name has not been and will not be an obstacle to forming institutions.
My contribution will only focus on exiting the crisis and building institutions that protect the state, democracy, constitution and alliances”, Osmani stressed.
At the end of her message, she called for continued joint engagement, stressing that the road ahead continues together.
